They say he is so fast its like he is everywhere at once and can shoot freeze beams from his eye. Legand has it that the Psycho-Clops mysteriously appeared near Brooklyn Museum on an especially foggy night. Whatever the case, this creature has scared criminals off the streets completely and will continue to do so for many years to come.
